Linklaters, the global law
firm were bringing together the senior practitioners within
their global Learning and Development (L&D) function. Roy
Sheppard, the founder of eConsult.tv and a specialist
conference moderator (www.RoySpeaks.com)
was brought in to work closely with the internal conference
team to develop the conference agenda. It was agreed that he
would interview on video about 20 of the firm's most senior
partners from around the world. This involved shooting video
in Eastern Europe, Asia, New York and London. The insights
captured on these videos were shared with the conference
audience and used to stimulate discussion and debate about
the firm's future L&D priorities. The live Q&A sessions were
moderated by Roy.
